The Norwegian Sauna Association is open to everyone who cares about saunas and Norwegian sauna culture. We organize conferences, festivals and study trips, provide advice to sauna operators and authorities, and represent Norway in the International Sauna Association.

International Sauna Congress 2026
From September 24–26, 2026, the Norwegian Sauna Association will host the International Sauna Congress (ISC26). The congress will take place at SALT Art & Music in Oslo, with an opening at Oslo City Hall and The Well, bringing together more than 500 sauna enthusiasts from around the world for knowledge exchange and community building.

Find a public sauna in Norway
Public saunas are popping up all over Norway. From small community saunas, forest saunas and fjord saunas to urban floating sauna villages, big spas and event spaces, there are plenty of opportunities to travel from sauna to sauna all around Norway.
